You will join Axpo Group in Madrid, leading information security projects and coordinating across IT, Security, Legal, and Business to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires strong project management, knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0, and a capable communicator who can handle multiple priorities. Hybrid work with occasional on-site collaboration in Madrid.

Formación

• Experience in project management within information security or IT.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0.
• Strong communicator with a structured, analytical, execution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities under defined timelines.
• Ideally, experience with NIS2 requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Ideally, experience in trading, energy, or a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What you will do:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver information security projects, defining scope, timelines, and resource plans

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, Security, Legal, and Business to ensure successful delivery

• Support the implementation of frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0 through structured project execution

• Coordinate project-related evidence and documentation to support audit and compliance readiness

• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring clear and transparent communication

What you bring & who you are:

• Experience in project management, ideally within information security or IT environments

• Working knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST CSF 2.0

• Strong communicator with a structured, analytical, and execution-focused mindset

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities under defined timelines

• Ideally, experience with NIS2 requirements and related regulatory compliance activities

• Ideally, experience in trading, energy, or an equivalent fast-paced, regulated environment
