We are seeking a Head of Information Security - CISO for our client, a large multinational company operating in B2C Business Services with a high volume of clients and transactions.

The role includes:

1. Developing and executing cybersecurity strategy and master plan
2. Managing enterprise cyber risk and cybersecurity governance
3. IT security control, compliance, and audit
4. Third-party and supply chain risk management
5. Implementing security by design in projects involving IT and digital initiatives, including threat modeling of RHG projects
6. Digital identity management

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, IT, or related fields, or equivalent work experience
• Ideally, 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a CISO
• At least 7 years of experience in team management and leadership
• Minimum of 10 years in IT security/cybersecurity
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior management in multinational, multicultural environments
• Knowledge of security management frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST
• Excellent communication skills in English
