About the job: Information Security Officer

Responsibilities

1. Conduct gap analysis of identified environments against documented policies, standards, and guidelines.
2. Perform root cause analysis on issues and deficiencies identified.
3. Document current state processes where applicable, and record approved updated processes.
4. Implement approved action plans to address identified gaps, and monitor, follow up, and report on the execution of these plans until completion.
5. Coordinate with IT specialists and consultants on progress regarding deliverables.
6. Engage with vendors to troubleshoot issues related to Information Security.
7. Review IT controls-related documentation.
8. Ensure documentation aligns with policies and regulations.
9. Provide technical expertise on risks and controls associated with First Caribbean's information security systems, as applicable.
10. Reengineer processes and update documentation accordingly.
11. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support documentation requirements.
