About the job Information Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Conduct gap analysis of identified environments against documented policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis on issues / deficiencies identified.
• Document current state processes where applicable, and document approved updated processes.
• Execute approved action plans to close gaps identified and / or monitor, follow up, and report on the execution of the approved action plans by identified resources to closure.
• Follow up with IT specialists and consultants on progress on deliverables.
• Follow up with vendors on troubleshooting of issues related to Information Security.
• Analyze IT controls-related documentation.
• Match documentation with policies / regulations.
• Provide technical expertise on risks and the required controls associated with First Caribbean's information security systems, where applicable.
• Reengineer processes and documentation.
• Use Microsoft Office to support the required documentation.
