We are currently recruiting for a Security Culture and Awareness Lead, reporting to the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance, to help transform Tunstall’s approach to cyber security.
This is an incredibly exciting time to join Tunstall as we embark on an exciting period of transformation. You will be joining a recently created and growing global Information Security team within Tunstall and will be in a leadership position playing a key part in the success of this transformation.
This role would be based at our Madrid office working on a hybrid basis. We are flexible on number of days in the office, and on location and would consider applications from people who can work at one of our other European offices (Malmo (Sweden), Whitley (UK) or Manchester (UK)).

What will you be doing in this role?
As our Security Culture and Awareness Lead, you will be in a leadership position, focused on transforming Tunstall’s approach to cybersecurity, promoting best practices, fostering positive security behaviours and leading security training and awareness programmes to boost our workforce’s security skills and knowledge.
Your mission and challenge are one of the most relevant in Information Security, as you take the lead on initiatives to create a security-first culture across our complex multinational organisation.
You will define and implement an enterprise-wide, risk-based strategic security culture, awareness and training transformation plan, including communication strategy to ensure our messages are effectively communicated and understood across all levels of the organisation.
The Ideal Candidate:
To be successful in this role you will have considerable experience working with cybersecurity teams, including previous experience of leading security training and awareness programmes in multinational organisations. You will have a background and knowledge about cybersecurity, cyber threats and market trends.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. You will be an effective speaker and presenter, used to speaking at conferences, events, or internal events and training sessions. The ability to translate complex concepts into an understandable narrative is vital to the success of this role.
