The Customer Trust team is the face of Datadog’s security organization. Members of the team interact directly with customers, translating security and compliance requirements into the overall security program. You will support sales during procurement and ongoing vendor management by responding to security questionnaires, providing evidence, and meeting with security teams worldwide to promote Datadog’s security practices. You will work on challenging projects, make an impact, and grow as an analyst.

What you’ll do :

  • Partner with sales to address customer security needs, including security questionnaires and customer calls for prospects and clients.
  • Collaborate with legal during contract negotiations to review security terms.
  • Help improve and maintain Datadog’s customer-facing security information.
  • Work within a 10-person team and cross-functionally to become an expert on Datadog’s security practices.
  • Analyze customer security requirements to inform security features development.

Who you are :

  • You hold a BS in information security, systems management, computer science, or equivalent experience in compliance, security policies, operations, or consulting.
  • You have exposure to:
    • Compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
    • The sales process and reporting
    • Privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like Safebase, Loopio, Jira, Salesforce.
  • You can independently manage multiple tasks and high-priority projects.
  • You are fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • You can synthesize technical info into clear, high-level responses.
  • You are meticulous and value accuracy, representing your team and Datadog well.
  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating.
