What’s Your Mission?

As an Influencer & Social Media Specialist at IKONO, you will lead the influencer strategy across all markets, ensuring alignment and execution at the local level. You will be responsible for managing relationships with agencies and creators, overseeing both organic and paid influencer campaigns, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. You will create engaging content for IKONO’s global social media channels, and handle community management to foster engagement and brand loyalty. This is a dynamic role that blends creativity, strategy, and analytical thinking to drive IKONO’s presence across digital platforms.

You will report to the Global Content & Social Media Manager and work closely with local teams to ensure a consistent brand narrative worldwide.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement the global influencer marketing strategy.
• Ensure local teams follow the strategy and stay on track with campaigns.
• Identify and build relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.
• Manage both organic and paid influencer campaigns across all markets.
• Manage influencer platforms to track performance.
• Produce high-quality content for IKONO’s global social media channels.
• Manage community interactions, respond to messages, and foster engagement.
• Stay ahead of social media trends to implement fresh and innovative content ideas.
• Track and analyze influencer campaign performance.
• Provide reports with key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure all content and partnerships align with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

What you bring :

• Language Proficiency : Native-level English (or close to) is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing and / or Social Media Management.
• Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns (organic & paid).
• Experience in social media content creation and community management.
• Strong analytical skills for measuring campaign performance.
• Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
• Graphic design and video editing skills are a plus.
