A leading global social-first agency in Madrid seeks an Influencer Marketing Trainee. You will support the execution of influencer campaigns, conduct research, and assist with outreach and communication. Ideal candidates are recent graduates interested in influencer marketing and fluent in English. This position offers the chance to work with top brands in a creative and ambitious environment. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 2 remote.

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will support the team in executing high-impact influencer campaigns and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing in a fast-paced, international agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a leading creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in researching influencers aligned with the brand identity and campaign goals.
• Support influencer outreach and communication, ensuring timely responses and coordination.
• Help monitor campaign progress and gather deliverables for client reporting.
• Participate in competitive and trend analysis within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
• Aid in organizing internal documentation, databases, and team assets.
• Attend brainstorming and creative meetings, offering fresh, Gen-Z-aligned insights.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as creative and social to ensure campaign alignment.
