The role involves identifying relevant influencers, managing brand ambassadors, and developing strategies to enhance brand awareness. Formación

Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a person who creates and leads the Influencer Marketing department , a very important leg for one of our ecomm brands. If you are an experienced person who likes to spend all day browsing social networks (Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, YouTube…) we want to meet you!

Its main functions

  • Creation of a plan to identify the most relevant influencers for our audience
  • Creation and management of a community of ambassadors loyal to the brand
  • Definition and review of the most important KPI’s
  • Deal and negotiate with influencers and carry out B2B collaborations with the aim of increasing brand awareness, recognition and trust
  • Definition of the strategy to carry out to attract Influencers/Ambassadors
  • Be active in Skype, Facebook, Telegram groups to identify new trends to measure the profitability of Influencers, strategies, and any opportunity that may arise related to the management and monetization of agreements with Influencers
  • Make medium/long-term plans, manage daily collaborations, control the budget and profitability of each influencer.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum experience of 3 to 4 years in dealing and negotiating with influencers
  • Advanced knowledge in Office package, Windows and Email
  • High English, written and spoken, because you will have to pass a test in English
  • Deep understanding of growth strategies, have analytical skills and strategic thinking.
  • Related higher studies (business, marketing, advertising, public relations or similar)
  • Results-oriented, autonomous and efficient with the ability to be self-taught
  • postgraduate will be valued
