Mission

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Influencer Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The ideal candidate should align with our brand values and be capable of managing a variety of tasks related to influencer marketing. You will be responsible for negotiating with influencers, creating briefings, and staying up-to-date with social media trends. Additionally, you will handle content validation, client relationships, contract generation, and billing follow-up.

Job Functions

• Develop strategic and creative proposals and budget responsively for our clients.
• Ensure the flawless execution of each campaign, maintaining continuous communication with all stakeholders.
• Effectively connect with the client, understanding their needs and cooperating with the team.
• Maintain high levels of campaign execution through exceptional organization and time management.
• Close deals with existing relationships.
• Influencer strategy and management.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in content marketing, influencer marketing, or community management in an agency environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written).
• Great organizational and analytical skills.
• Pronounced service orientation, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• High energy and can-do attitude.
• Goal-oriented and fast-learning autonomous worker.
• Up-to-date with trends in different social media platforms.
• Experience in influencer marketing : scouting, management, negotiation, and good relationships is a plus.
• Advanced English (C1) is necessary; any other language is a plus.
