The role

Join us as our new Influencer Marketing Manager and take full ownership of growing and elevating our Influencer Program in Spain!

As channel manager reporting to the Spain co-CEO & CMO, you will be responsible for scaling customer acquisition meaningfully through channel innovation and optimisation. You will be using your knowledge of the local influencer landscape and our customer insights to drive a targeted approach to acquisition campaigns and help improve the conversions volume and ROI of the channel. You will also play a central role to unlock broader brand and marketing opportunities leveraging influencer marketing, working closely with HelloFresh Brand and Growth teams and local agencies. Given the large growth potential we have in the Spanish market, we are looking for someone that can quickly identify opportunities, take ownership of them and have a strong focus on execution to make a large impact on our business performance.

What you’ll do
  • Own and lead the Spanish influencer marketing program, including scouting, recruiting, briefing, contracting, and managing relationships with creators across platforms and agencies (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Liaise with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure influencer assets integrate seamlessly into multichannel campaigns
  • Develop always-on and campaign-based influencer activations that drive acquisition, engagement, and brand love
  • Steer channel fast growth while optimizing for ROI, defining the right mix of performance KPIs (e.g. CPA, reach, engagement) and implementing structured frameworks to evaluate and scale impact
  • Stay on top of social trends and platform innovations to ensure HelloFresh campaigns remain fresh, relevant, and effective
  • Brief local copywriter to produce performance-driven influencer briefs and messaging
  • Curate, organize, and repurpose high-performing influencer content for use across paid media, CRM, organic social, and website
  • Align closely with Growth, Brand, and Product teams to ensure influencer marketing supports acquisition and brand KPIs
  • Work with channel owners (Partnerships, PR, etc) on initiatives that amplifies reach and relevance of the influencer activity — collaborating with partners on co-marketing initiatives, product placements, themed content or local events
What you’ll bring
  • 2–3 years experience and a proven track record of scaling performance-driven influencer programs in D2C space
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, including recent industry trends and knowledge of the Spanish celebrity and influencer scene
  • Strong project management and creative brief development skills (in Spanish)
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships
  • A mix of creativity and commercial acumen
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Enthusiastic about the food industry and passionate about innovation and sustainability
  • Highly self motivated individual with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
