Procter & Gamble España is seeking an Influencer & Community Manager to lead end-to-end influencer partnerships, strategy and execution across Spain, collaborating with Brand, Media and PR to unlock creator-led growth and authentic conversations on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Reddit.

Based in Madrid, you will onboard creators, manage budgets with ROI focus, monitor trends with AI tools, ensure compliance with Spain advertising regulations, and nurture a thriving community from Day One.

Formación

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media.
• Exposure to health/beauty, or consumer brands is an advantage
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead locally relevant execution of influencer, KOL, and expert strategies with ROI focus.
• Identify, vet and onboard creators across tiers (micro, macro, celebrity, experts).
• Build and manage relationships with creators, agents, and talent partners.
• Own campaign delivery end-to-end: briefing, content, rollout, budget management, performance analysis.
