Procter & Gamble is hiring a Purchasing Manager – Social & Influencer Partnerships in Madrid. The role focuses on designing purchasing strategies for influencers and brand-building collaborations, leading end-to-end partner sourcing, and managing relationships with influencers and agencies.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive value, ensure governance and compliance, and leverage data and market trends to identify new opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business, Marketing, or Law.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Interest in strategy, business management and partner relationships.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical mindset to identify key questions and optimize actions.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement purchasing strategies for Social & Influencer Partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end partner sourcing, selection, and contract negotiations.
• Manage relationships with influencers, agencies, creators, and partners.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with brand projects.
• Collaborate with Brand, Finance, Legal and other teams; use data to identify opportunities.
