Procter & Gamble in Madrid seeks a Senior Purchasing Manager for Social & Influencer Partnerships. You will design and implement purchasing strategies, manage external partners, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive value and growth.

The role offers a hybrid work model with relocation support if needed and opportunities to work with world-renowned brands. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Sourcing: design and implement partner sourcing, selection, and validation strategies aligned withSocial & Brand Building priorities.
• Lead end-to-end partner projects: identify, select, negotiate terms, manage contracts, and oversee execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, agencies, creators, and partners.
• Ensure governance and compliance across all projects and partners.
• Collaborate with Brand, Finance, Legal and other teams to identify the best solutions.
• Leverage data and market trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations.
