Role Overview

We’re hiring Campaign Managers across three levels - Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior. This is a rare opportunity to join a mission-driven team building campaigns that shape culture across platforms and markets.

Languages Required : Fluency in English and at least one of the following – Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, or Turkish

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end execution of high-value, global campaigns—from strategy to delivery—working directly with clients and creators.

Responsibilities :

  • Own high-value projects across campaign casting, creator negotiation, project delivery, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Lead creator selection using data-backed insights; oversee contracts and manage legal escalations when needed.
  • Control budgets and optimize spend to meet CPV / ROI targets.
  • Run client comms, lead update calls, manage expectations, and ensure alignment across all phases.
  • Collaborate with Paid Media and Strategy teams to maximize performance.
  • Manage content review for FTC and brand guideline compliance.
  • Mentor junior team members and refine internal processes for greater efficiency.

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll support campaign delivery while independently handling components like casting, coordination, and performance review.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and onboard creators that align with campaign briefs.
  • Negotiate rates, prepare contracts, and track collaboration history.
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Strategy, Paid Media, Creator Partnerships) to meet timelines and deliverables.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and creators; manage approvals and feedback loops.
  • Track campaign performance using KPIs like CPV, CPM, and engagement rate (ER).
  • QA creator content against briefs and compliance standards.

As a Junior Campaign Manager, you’ll provide executional and administrative support to campaigns, helping ensure smooth delivery under guidance.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with creator research and discovery for client briefs.
  • Liaise with creators on day-to-day campaign matters and scheduling.
  • Support briefing calls, track deliverables, and update campaign timelines.
  • Help review content for brief alignment and compliance.
  • Maintain project trackers and monitor campaign performance data.
  • Learn from senior teammates and contribute to process improvement.

  • Data literacy : You’re comfortable with performance metrics (CPV, CPM, ER)
  • Experience with tools like Excel, Streak, Asana, or campaign management platforms
  • Fluency in English, and one or more of Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, or Dutch
  • Experience in influencer marketing, creative agencies, or media (a plus!)
