We are looking for a Business Manager profile for the Industry X area, who will work on the maintenance of large assets and plants. Your job will be to advise our clients on the best maintenance practices and strategies, as well as on the optimal technological solutions to make maintenance and the life cycle of assets. Job Requirements :

• Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a consulting or technology services environment.
• Maintenance Systems Knowledge : In-depth knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance systems.
• Technical Skills : Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
• Leadership Skills : Experience in managing and leading teams.
• CMMS Proficiency : Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is essential.
• Communication Skills : Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Results-Oriented : Orientation towards achieving results and the ability to work under pressure.
• Safety Knowledge : Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations.

Responsibilities :

As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading teams to deliver comprehensive business solutions.

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work some days from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
