Job Title : Industrial Systems Maintenance Expert

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Systems Maintenance Expert, you will be responsible for independently carrying out on-site inspections of gear systems used in various industries.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of industrial gearboxes, couplings, and lubrication systems.
• Conduct on-site supervision and technical inspections of gear systems – including competitor equipment.
• Support with aftermarket services, including parts replacement, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports.
• Deliver customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer policies, and export control standards.

Requirements :

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven field experience in the cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of gear systems, couplings, and drive solutions (training at the beginning of employment).
• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis (Europe, Latin America, and beyond).
• Structured and safety-conscious approach to field service and inspections.
