Cap Ingelec is seeking a Structural Design Project Manager to join our Madrid design team. You will oversee structural sizing/design and coordinate with BIM teams while ensuring compliance through all project phases, from definition to handover.

You will lead technical decisions, manage drawings, prepare tender docs, supervise site activities, and participate in commissioning and pre-handover inspections. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; occasional travel may be needed.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the design of building or industrial facility projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design optimized technical solutions (structural sizing/design, documentation).
• Supervise drawings and models in collaboration with Design & BIM teams.
• Prepare tender documentation and assess contractors' proposals.
• Take ownership of technical decisions for your discipline.
• Lead technical meetings and monitor construction works on site.
• Participate in commissioning activities and pre-handover inspections.
