CAP INGELEC is seeking a Construction Manager in Spain to coordinate, manage, and supervise multi-disciplinary industrial building projects. The role is mainly site-based with frequent travel across Spain, reporting to the Operations Director and ensuring compliance with QHSE commitments.

The candidate should hold an Electrical, Mechanical or Civil engineering degree and have 10+ years of experience as a construction manager in similar projects, with proven leadership and strong English and

• 10+ years of experience as a construction manager in multi-disciplinary industrial building projects.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Primarily site-based with frequent travel across Spain.
• Strong leadership, diplomacy and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define methods, procedures and resource needs for projects.
• Coordinate on-site operations, monitor progress, budget and schedule.
• Supervise site managers and subcontractors.
• Ensure contractual/regulatory compliance, change orders and handovers.
• Lead site meetings and liaise with partners.
• Ensure adherence to HSE rules.
