Job Description:

An opportunity for an Industrial Services Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).

RESPONSIBILITIES

On this position, you will work on the manufacturing and delivery of our military aircraft: A330 MRTT, A400M, EFA, and MRO classic; one of the most challenging projects within Airbus Defence and Space.

Our organization, INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, is responsible for managing all industrial means and external industrial services, including:

• Tool center management and industrial supplies
• Outsourced industrial services such as jet fuel supply, work wear, aerial platforms, ground support equipment, PPE, etc.
• Industrial organization activities like KAIZEN development, CAPEX acquisition, workshop empowerment, etc.

We seek a highly motivated individual eager to engage in this project. We value creativity, a focus on delivery, teamwork, analytical skills, planning and organization abilities, flexibility, and a good sense of humor.

You will collaborate with production teams, learn, solve issues, and be part of something significant. Your responsibilities include:

• Defining, specifying, implementing, and supporting industrial means according to customer requirements and ergonomics standards.
• Managing and monitoring contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality deliveries, with a relevant supply chain organization.
• Supporting manufacturing feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS.

SKILLS

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the industrial sector, in areas such as project management, industrial maintenance, continuous improvement, contractual management, or production processes.

Proficiency in English and Spanish (advanced level).

Highly motivated to engage in this project. Soft skills include creativity, delivery focus, teamwork, analytical skills, planning, flexibility, and humor.
