You will participate across the project lifecycle, supporting engineering, software and startup activities, with up to 50% travel to customer sites and Lear plants to deploy Industry 4.0 solutions and optimize robot performance.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in robot programming, robotic cell development, commissioning, or machine-building projects.
• Experience programming industrial robots, including application development, commissioning, troubleshooting, and cycle time optimization.
• Familiarity with robot trajectory optimization techniques to improve cycle times and system efficiency.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for commissioning, startup activities and deployments.

• Program and develop industrial robotic applications for new manufacturing equipment and production lines.
• Support the development and integration of robotic automation solutions within industrial projects.
• Participate in equipment commissioning, validation, and production startup activities.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and software adjustments during development and commissioning phases.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and engineering teams throughout project execution.
• Optimize robot trajectories and motion sequences to improve cycle times and process performance.
