Overview

Position

Project Manager — your main goal will be to lead and coordinate industrial machinery projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle: client communication, supplier coordination and internal alignment.
• Oversee equipment configuration at our Calaf facilities.
• Coordinate assembly, installation, and commissioning of machinery and industrial plants.
• Validate equipment performance through workshop testing before shipment.
• Train clients on equipment usage and deliver technical documentation.
• Support product and plant design teams with your technical expertise.
• Ensure smooth handover to the after-sales team for ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in industrial project management, ideally in machinery or waste management.
• Knowledge of artificial vision systems, pneumatics, automation, and mechanical systems is a plus.
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., Trello).
• Proficiency in 2D / 3D design tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluent in English; other languages (Portuguese, Italian, French) are a bonus.
