Job Title : Industrial Process Improvement Specialist

Location : Madrid, Spain

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Process Improvement Specialist to join our organization. As an Industrial Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across our services operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement lean manufacturing tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes
• Standardize processes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address process improvements opportunities
• Implement digital transformation roadmap initiatives to drive business growth and innovation
• Manage main Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements :

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in similar position
• Applied knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and its principles
• Desirable knowledge in SAP, Python, Visual Basic, Big Data and Automation Process
