Job Title : Industrial Planning and Development Engineer

Location : Ajalvir, Madrid, Spain

Reporting to : Industrial Development Manager

Objective : Provide Technical Support to the Planning and Industrial Development area.

Functions and Responsibilities :

  • Engineer for industrial development projects in the aeronautical industry, with knowledge of automation and Lean methodologies and a high level of English.
  • Define and ensure compliance with the standards of the Industrial Capacity Development process.
  • Execute industrial plans within the Group, meeting deadlines and costs.
  • Provide support in Automation & Industrial Standardization activities.
  • Manage the Group's Industrial Budget: Ensure budget compliance.
  • Prioritize activities with a cross-functional vision, identifying optimization opportunities among Operational Units.
  • Design, deploy, and improve the Lean Manufacturing model for Production Management.
  • Facilitate internal and external Benchmarking.

Required Profile :

  • Ergonomics and Occupational Risk Prevention.
  • Lean Methodologies.
  • Design of macro and micro layouts, 5S projects, workplace optimization.
  • Process standardization, value-added analysis.
  • Process control and improvement methodology (SPC, 6-sigma, MSA).
  • Value stream flow analysis (current / future), definition of stocks and WIP control means.
  • Optimization of handling and logistics.
  • Problem analysis and resolution: KPI management, participation in improvement cycles and problem resolution (8D, SCRA, CEDAC...).
  • FMEA, Risk analysis and prevention, poka-yokes.
  • Applicable management software.
  • Automation and automatic equipment.

Languages : High level of English, fluent in writing and speaking.
