About the client :

Our client is a global food company based in Barcelona, Spain, operating in over 50 countries across Europe and Africa, offering more than 30 local brands.

We are now looking for a Back Office Agent for our client's Customer Service Africa Team in Barcelona. This role will give support in the invoice to cash functions to ensure the reception on time of the payments of customers fulfilling the working capital requirements of the company. Also, assists the customer service manager with the company’s orders of the export business according to forecasted deliveries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing export documents and the flow of goods release of the export business
  • Informing customers about their deliveries and following up with them
  • Working together with Logistics to follow up orders and also incidents
  • Follow up and accounting of payments

Requirements :

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration or International Trade
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Advanced English level is a must.
  • French and Spanish speaking is a nice to have.
