Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial equipment to join our client’s team. The role focuses on design, development, and optimization of machinery and systems used in industrial applications, ensuring safety, reliability and performance.

The position is hybrid, balancing on-site engineering work with flexible remote collaboration. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering and at least four years of industry experience

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing or maintaining industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials science.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for industrial machinery using CAD. Perform calculations and simulations to analyze structural integrity, performance, and durability.
• Specify materials and components, ensuring compatibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production teams to oversee the manufacturing and assembly process of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues encountered in the field or during production.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for equipment design and operation.
