Career Opportunities : Head of Marketing - Industrial Products (1643)

This role is a Corporate position based in Madrid (Spain) and it will focus on driving strategic marketing initiatives for industrial products manufactured by our company, enhancing brand visibility, and generating leads to support business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills, along with a deep understanding of industrial markets and customer needs.

The company works in industrial sectors as paints and coatings, construction materials, plastics, animal feed, agricultural products, oil filtration, oil drilling, civil engineering products or paper additives.

FUNCTIONS

o Define and execute Global integrated marketing strategies tailored to industrial markets.

o Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, trade shows, events) to drive lead generation and sales growth.

o Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

o Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

o Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, KPIs) using tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and adjust strategies accordingly.

o Create compelling marketing materials such as case studies, white papers, presentations, and digital content.

o Ensure brand consistency across all channels, maintaining a strong brand image in the industrial sector.

o Build and nurture relationships with key clients and partners through advocacy programs, testimonials, and referrals.

o Conduct customer journey mapping to develop targeted messaging for each stage of the buyer’s lifecycle.

o Organize and manage participation in trade shows, conferences, events with customers, and industry events to maximize networking opportunities.

o Develop event-specific messaging to enhance brand reputation.

o Work closely with cross-functional teams (product development, sales, technical support) to ensure unified approaches.

o Lead thought leadership initiatives such as webinars or seminars to position the company as an industry expert.

General Education / Technical Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Or a technical degree with proved experience in Marketing functions.

Professional experience : Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing within industrial sectors (e.g., manufacturing of plastics, paints or feed additives).

Technical Expertise : Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) and marketing automation platforms.Strong knowledge of SEO, social media management (LinkedIn), digital advertising, and analytics tools.Knowledge on AI tools applied to marketing Willingness to travel internationally.

Soft Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills.Capacity to understand technical segments.Strong interpersonal abilities to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strategic thinking with attention to detail and ability to manage and execute multiple priorities.

Languages : English mandatory. Any other additional language is ideal.
