Formación

Job Description:

An opportunity for an Industrial Maintenance Technician has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).

The selected candidate will join the Industrial Maintenance Technician team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform L3 and above corrective & preventive maintenance of industrial assets respecting all applicable HSE rules.
  • Supervise maintenance of complex systems (automation, electrics, etc.).
  • Specialize in your area of expertise: technology, machines, etc.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
  • Support the Life Cycle analysis with data input.
  • Contribute to maintainability analysis (PARETO, Costs, RCM, etc.).
  • Prioritize daily work orders based on production needs.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance with the production calendar.
  • Schedule statutory inspections on machines.
  • Coordinate team competencies for interventions requiring specific or legal authorizations.
  • If spare parts is a MAKE activity: analyze stock and order spare parts.
  • Improve technical availability of assets.
  • Achieve MTTR objectives for L3 and above activities.
  • Complete Work Orders and close them in the CMMS.
  • Provide diagnostic feedback to supervisors and engineers.
  • Supervise maintenance operators on complex system tasks.
Maintenance Planner Responsibilities:
  • Schedule preventive maintenance tasks as per plan.
  • Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Manage work orders considering production priorities and resources.
  • Align maintenance plans with production schedules.
Skills:
  • Education: Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or related.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in the field.
  • Soft skills: Adaptability, networking skills.
  • Languages: Advanced English.
  • Technical knowledge: SAP, Office.
