Capitole is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT, software and digital transformation initiatives. You will govern, plan, report, and manage risks and budgets while coordinating multidisciplinary teams. The role favors experience with SCADA/OT-IT integration and industrial automation, and requires strong English and French communication.
The role is hybrid, with 2 office days per week in the first two months, then 1 day per week thereafter, and some travel to project sites.
Formación
- Experience delivering IT/software projects and digital transformations.
- Experience coordinating software, IT systems and digital solutions with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to govern, plan, report, and manage risks and budgets.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate governance, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
- Plan, monitor, and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Collaborate across software development, IT, engineering and external partners.
- Support requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment and go-live.
