Capitole is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead complex IT, software and digital transformation initiatives. You will govern projects, plan work, report on progress, manage risks, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to ensure delivery aligns with business goals.

Experience in industrial digital solutions, SCADA, OT/IT integration, IoT or industrial automation is a strong plus. This hybrid role requires two office days initially, then one day per week.

Formación

• Experience coordinating IT/software projects and digital transformation.
• Proven experience coordinating software applications and IT systems.
• Experience with software development teams in multidisciplinary environments.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong governance, planning, budgeting and KPI tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• English (C1) is mandatory and French fluency is required.
• Willingness to travel for project activities.
• Experience with SCADA, OT/IT integration or IoT is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of IT/software projects.
• Coordinate projects involving software, IT systems and digital solutions from requirements to go-live.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation.
• Coordinate governance activities, steering committees, status reporting, and communications.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, resources and KPIs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including external partners.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, UAT, deployment and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance.
• Occasionally travel to project sites and other locations.
