Capitole Consulting is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive complex IT, software and digital transformation initiatives. You’ll govern, plan, report and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to meet business objectives.

Hybrid role with initial in‑office presence 2 days/week, reducing to 1 day/week later. Experience in industrial digital solutions and OT/IT integration is a strong plus; travel may be required.

Formación

• Experience leading IT, software development or digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate software applications and IT systems delivery.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting and KPI monitoring experience.
• Fluent in English (C1) and French for cross‑team coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, execution and monitoring of IT and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across software, IT and engineering.
• Maintain plans, timelines, budgets, risks and governance artifacts.
• Lead status reporting, stakeholder communications and governance activities.
• Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies and KPIs; ensure compliance.
