Quside in Barcelona, Spain, seeks an Industrial Engineer to join the Production & Industrialization Team. You will own mechanical design (product and fixtures), perform CAE analyses, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure robust design and documentation.

You will support production continuity, drive industrialization projects, and contribute to process ownership with clear work instructions and quality controls.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial or production engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiarity with quality processes (Control Plans, inspections, non-conformance).
• Technical documentation for suppliers and subcontractors.

We’re seeking an Industrial Engineer as dedicated engineer-level for Production & Industrialization Team, adding more capability for future challenges!

What you will do:

In this role, mechanical design, supplier management and production continuity all fall under the same remit — often on the same day.

• Engineering Support ownership: Owner of mechanical design (product/fixture, CAE enalysys), Customized solutions for other company teams or ongoing projects.
• Freeing the Tech Lead from day-to-day execution tasks; bringing your designs to life, with our 3D printing workshop or any other proposed manufacturing process.
• Project Support: Requirements and component documentation; subcontractor documentation (preparation, analysis, delivery); client/project delivery support.
• Industrialization projects: Day-to-day support on key industrialization projects: process tasks, freeing the Tech Lead to focus on CE/Tech Lead decisions rather than execution.
• Process Ownership: Work Instructions and workstations, layout; Quality (Control Plan and related Quality Controls).

What you need:

Work Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in industrial or production engineering, ideally within a product development, manufacturing or hardware environment.
• Prior experience supporting engineering projects — mechanical design, CAE analysis. technical documentation and subcontractor coordination.

Education Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Technical Competences

• Familiarity with quality processes (Control Plan, inspections, non-conformance management).
• Technical documentation for suppliers and subcontractors.

Desired but not mandatory

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo or equivalent) for MO/PO management.
• 3D printing knowledge.
• CAE execution simulations.

Soft Skills

• Autonomy and ability to execute without constant supervision.
• Clear communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Process, cost orientation and attention to detail.
