Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe (Madrid) seeks an Industrial Manager (Bronze) for Launcher products in Space Systems. You will lead industrial and development activities for proposals and bids from initial studies to contract signature, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring robust project delivery.

The role includes developing the Development Plan, schedule, and AIV strategy, defining the industrial set-up and procurement coordination, and contributing to the launcher products roadmap

Qualifications

• Master level engineering degree or equivalent.
• 5 years’ experience in Engineering or Industrial management or Project management in the space industry.
• 3 years’ experience in Project Management or in an operational project team in space industry.
• Airbus PM certification for Bronze level (on-going preferred).
• Experience in bid/proposal phases is a plus.
• Ability to lead a team and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead all industrial and development activities for proposals/studies and for robust project execution.
• Define development approach and sequence through risk analysis.
• Elaborate Development Plan, project roadmap and schedule with interdependencies and AIV strategy.
• Define industrial setup baseline and coordinate procurement activities.
• Contribute to launcher products roadmap and industrial strategy.
