Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Madrid seeks a Manufacturing Engineering (ME) AIT Team Leader to coordinate the Spacecraft Production & AIT Spain Plant activities. You will lead the ME team, delivering assembly, integration and test deliverables while collaborating with Space Systems Design offices in Spain to produce high-accuracy industrial plans for EOS and TNS programs.

Formación

• Degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven ME and AIT leadership experience in space or high-precision environments.
• Fluent English and Spanish, strong communication and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering production team to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety targets.
• Deliver Manufacturing Dossiers for new programs within the AIT scope using DDMS.
• Provide ME NRC/RC cost estimations to support bids and cost brochures for EOS and TNS offers.
• Coordinate with EOS, TNS stakeholders and internal leads to ensure alignment and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement in AIT while following all standards and procedures.
