Job Summary

Antima Group is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Industrial Designer / Draftsman with a minimum of one year of experience in FF&E to support the design and execution of high-end residential projects across our portfolio, including Sandon Homes.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical drawing and design skills with a keen eye for materials, furniture, and finishes. This role involves collaborating closely with interior designers, technical designers, and project managers to ensure design intent and quality are consistently met from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design development and documentation: Prepare detailed drawings, FF&E specifications, and material boards for interior and architectural projects.
• Technical drafting: Produce accurate plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations using CAD and modeling software.
• FF&E coordination: Support the selection, sourcing, and documentation of furniture, lighting, and finishes in alignment with design concepts and budgets.
• Project support: Assist in coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure proper execution of design details.
• Quality and consistency: Maintain design standards and ensure that deliverables meet company quality benchmarks and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the interior design and architecture teams to support ongoing project development and presentations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in FF&E design, drafting (preferably within residential or hospitality sectors).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and/or Revit for drafting and visualization.
• Strong knowledge of materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and construction detailing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management or budget tracking tools (e.g., Excel or similar) will be considered a plus.
