Job Purpose

The purpose of this position is to support the sales team in managing administrative tasks (contracts management, travel agencies information, etc…).

Main Accountabilities

  • The Indoor Sales Specialist will be accountable for giving the support to the Sales team to manage regular requests from agencies (technical issues, product requests, invoices, among others).

Main Responsibilities - Tasks

  • Management of Sales requests sent to indoor sales inbox mail.
  • Management of “promovueling”.
  • Support of simple administrative tasks

Main Relationships

  • The Indoor Sales support will be working closely internally with Sales teams, Sales processes and effectiveness area, Legal Department, Revenue Management, Distribution area, Network and Operations, Finance and Customer Services.

Education

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales or Tourism.
  • Experience in airlines or in an agency is a plus.

Experience

  • Some prior experience in administrative or sales support roles, preferably in the travel, tourism, or airline industry.
  • Familiarity with basic contract handling, invoicing, or managing customer/sales requests is a plus.
  • Experience in working with internal teams and external clients, such as travel agencies or commercial partners, is desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage email inboxes, data, and documentation efficiently.
  • Any internship or previous role involving Excel (Office 365), customer support, or internal coordination would be beneficial.
  • A clear interest in the airline or travel industry and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Spanish: fluent
  • English: B2 is a plus
