About the role

Join Reckitt as our Procurement Manager for Non-Production Spend (NPS). Lead innovative procurement solutions to streamline operations and support sustainability. Develop procurement strategies aligned with company goals, optimize costs, and foster strong supplier partnerships. This role combines strategic vision with tangible results, impacting various facets of our business.

Your responsibilities

Manage the budget, set category strategies, and deliver savings for local indirect spend, including:

• Local categories: promotional displays, local marketing, manage fixed costs
• Support global categories such as copy production, market research, creative agencies, and manage fixed costs
• Lead sourcing recommendations and influence sourcing decisions

Compliance

• Ensure adherence to purchasing policies and increase procurement involvement; monitor supplier financial health, identify risks, and take action
• Contract with suppliers and increase contract coverage
• Use Ariba platform for approvals
• Track and report savings and NWC progress monthly using the NPS Tracker
• Collaborate with Finance to validate and secure savings in P&L
• Negotiate payment terms for favorable conditions

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or related; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years in procurement within an international company; FMCG experience is advantageous
• Category Management expertise, especially in Indirect categories like Marketing and Facility Management
• Experience managing complex sourcing projects
• Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus
