Job summary

Verisure is seeking an Indirect Procurement Intern to join the Madrid-based Group Procurement Team. You will support the end-to-end indirect procurement process, assist in tender activities, supplier qualification, and contract drafting.

The role offers exposure to a global procurement function and hands-on experience with ERP implementations. Ideal candidates will have a University degree in IT/Engineering/Business, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters' degree in IT, Engineering, Business or Economics; related postgraduate studies valued.

Responsibilities

• Assist end-to-end in the P2P process for indirect spends (IT, telecom, facilities, marketing, etc).
• Support ERP Oracle implementation and change management.
• Assist in tender processes (RFPs), negotiations, and supplier qualification.
• Ensure policy and process compliance across procurement activities.
• Draft contracts and coordinate with Legal and stakeholders.
• Support market and spend analyses and supplier performance tracking.
