Job summary

GEA Group in Alcobendas (Madrid) is seeking an Indirect Procurement Student to join our team in an international environment. You will support global procurement in multiple service areas and help define KPI reporting and supplier negotiations.

You will work closely with Category Managers, document supplier agreements in our systems, analyze spend data, and contribute to internal procurement initiatives while developing your analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program and eligible for student work.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus; applications in English only.
• Interest in AI-based solutions and building AI Agents.
• Strong analytical and communication skills required.
• Proactive, eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support global procurement activities in Facility Management, Real Estate, Energy and IT & Travel.
• Define and track category KPIs and prepare status updates for team meetings.
• Assist Category Managers with procurement strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Document supplier agreements in GEA systems and support tender processes.
• Analyze spend data and maintain procurement intranet pages per category.
• Identify opportunities and contribute to Net Working Capital initiatives.
