Strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist - Madrid

Job summary

Verisure is seeking an experienced Indirect Buyer to join the Procurement Team at our Madrid, Spain headquarters. You will drive indirect category strategies, lead tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with business leaders to optimize P2P processes.

You will influence stakeholders across the organization, develop sourcing plans, and ensure compliance with procurement policies while delivering value across Facilities, Marketing, HR, and other indirect spend areas.

Qualifications

• University Degree, preferably Graduate or Bachelor in Business Administration / Economics / Law or Engineering
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience sourcing indirect products and services in a large organisation
• Advanced level on Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with eProcurement tools (Jaggaer, Ariba, etc), and ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc)
• Fluent in Spanish and English with ability to lead business conversations and influence stakeholders at all levels

Responsibilities

• Execute the Procurement Plan for categories under your responsibility, maximizing savings
• Collaborate across the entire P2P process from requisition to order
• Lead tenders (RFPs), negotiate with stakeholders and suppliers, and qualify suppliers
• Draft contracts and negotiate agreements with legal and internal stakeholders
• Lead market and spend analysis and identify improvement opportunities
