RingCentral in Spain seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity Incident Response Lead to protect customers and services by guiding end-to-end incident handling, from detection to resolution, with discipline and evidence-based practices.

You will lead incident response, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform root cause analyses, and ensure actions are completed. The role offers on‑call readiness and a hybrid work model with strong security impact across the platform.

Formación

• Significant professional experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Experience leading complex incidents with multiple teams.
• Experience coordinating containment, eradication, recovery, and impact assessment.
• Experience communicating incidents to senior leadership.
• Experience leading or facilitating root cause analyses.
• Experience tracking corrective actions through completion.
• Experience with modern production environments (cloud, containers, identity systems, networks, customer apps).
• Ability to participate in on-call or major-incident escalation.
• Experience handling incidents involving customer or personal data.
• Experience developing incident response playbooks and severity models.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead major security incidents with clear authority and structured response.
• Identify, scope, and analyze incident impact and attacker behavior.
• Contain, eradicate, and recover impacted production services.
• Deliver executive reporting and cross-functional communications.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and long-term improvements.
• Ensure corrective actions are completed and verified.
