Job summary

Orange Cyberdefense is seeking a SOC Analyst to support our Spain-based clients. You will monitor security alerts, perform triage, document incidents, and collaborate with threat intelligence teams to improve detection and response capabilities.

The role requires strong fundamentals in cybersecurity, EDR/XDR tools, and SIEM, plus fluent French alongside Spanish and English. We offer a hybrid work model with remote options up to two days per week, ongoing training and certifications, and a

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, network protocols, and operating systems.
• Experience with EDR solutions (Crowdstrike, Cortex XDR, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint).
• Familiarity with XDR platforms (Sekoia, Palo Alto XSIAM, Crowdstrike XDR, SentinelOne XDR).
• Knowledge of SIEM technologies and log analysis.
• Understanding of common attack vectors, TTPs, and the cyber kill chain.
• Experience with threat hunting and incident response procedures.
• Language skills: in addition to Spanish and English, fluent French is mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts as part of a 24/7 SOC operation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security alerts from various detection systems.
• Perform triage and initial investigation of security incidents.
• Identify, document, and respond to security threats in real-time.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of security events and potential breaches.
• Implement incident response procedures according to established playbooks.
• Document findings and create detailed incident reports.
• Collaborate with other security teams for threat intelligence and incident remediation.
• Configure and fine-tune security monitoring tools to improve detection capabilities.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of SOC processes and procedures.
• Stay current with emerging threats and attack techniques.
