A global consulting firm in Barcelona is seeking an Incident Manager who is proficient in French and English. You will be responsible for managing IT incidents, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring timely resolutions. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in IT incident management and strong communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to thrive in an agile, international environment.

Formación

  • Experience in IT incident management or a similar support role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a nice to have.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents.
  • Monitor, record, and track incidents using ITSM tools.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Communicate incident status in French and English.
  • Escalate complex incidents while maintaining ownership.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
Professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
Previous experience in IT incident management or a similar support role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment




Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools is a plus
Customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage priorities under pressure
Spanish would be a nice to have

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication
Monitor, record, and track incidents using IT service management tools
Coordinate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
Communicate incident status and updates to stakeholders and end-users in both French and English
Escalate complex incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until resolution
Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal procedures
