• Experience in B2B inbound support or inside sales
• Confident communication via chat, email, and phone
• Interest in software solutions and digital tools
• Customer-focused with proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Well-organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent Dutch (C2) and English (C1) verbal and written skills

Your Daily Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries from Dutch-speaking B2B customers via chat, email, and phone

Document interactions and update CRM data

Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
