Job Description:

Our client is a fast-growing BPO provider and a trusted partner to some of the world's leading brands. They are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inbound Sales Representative with German to help qualify potential clients, guide them through the sales process, and drive business growth.

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. You will leverage your excellent communication skills in German and English to build rapport, overcome objections, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Tasks
  • Qualify potential leads coming from the Marketing Department
  • Act as the primary point of contact, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
  • Guide prospects through the sales process
  • Educate potential customers on product offerings, features, and benefits to help them make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the sales process and improve conversion rates
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fluent in German & English – Strong communication skills to support international clients
  • Experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management – You know how to build and nurture client relationships
