Job Description:

We are currently looking for an Inbound Sales Representative for one of our clients, a leading company in new technologies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Refer non-sales / presales inquiries to the appropriate organization.
  2. Manage customer & resellers requests on spare parts by checking spare part ID, availability, and referring customers/resellers either to the online spare part store or to specialized spare part partners.
  3. Close inbound sales for consumers (not professional) - B2C.
  4. Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities requiring negotiation and pass the lead to the store telesales.
  5. Maintain strong product/services knowledge (PSG/IPG/ESSN).
  6. Refer/Transfer Reseller & Retailer/eTailer inquiries to the appropriate organization.
  7. Qualify inbound B2B sales opportunities requiring negotiation and pass the lead to responsible teams (TS or PBMs/ACC Managers).

We offer:

  1. Full-time (39 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, and long-term contract.
  2. Schedule: Monday-Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
  3. Salary: 21,500 Euros gross/year + up to 5,000 Euros gross/year in bonus.
  4. Regular and permanent incentives.
  5. Specific compensation model based on overachievement.
  6. Start date: Immediate.
  7. 23 working days of paid annual leave (pro-rated based on the calendar year).
  8. French native level speaker.
  9. Fluent in English.
  10. Customer service driven, organized, efficient.
  11. Proactive and service-oriented attitude.
  12. Good selling skills.
  13. IT literate.
  14. Minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
  15. Ability to hold business-level conversations to derive customer needs before positioning products & prices.
  16. High listening capability and questioning skills to understand customer needs and drivers.
  17. Follow company security rules.
