Main Responsibilities

  • Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters.
  • Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identify through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions.
  • Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market.

Core Skills / Experience

  • Previous experience as a sales consultant, with strong organizational skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts.
  • Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential clients' needs.
  • Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up.
