A leading company in photovoltaic power generation seeks an in-house sales professional to ensure seamless order execution and coordinate between departments.   • Order execution with all internal processes from PO to payment collection.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules.
  • Assist Sales Managers in inquiries about stock, capacities, and production.

Descripción del empleo

  • Order execution with all internal processes from PO to payment collection.
  • Assist Sales Managers in inquiries about stock, capacities, and production.
  • Follow up closely on production planning and ensure production schedules are met.
  • Coordinate with other departments.
  • Issue documents for business with EU customers.
  • Follow up on warehousing times in China, as well as in the EU, and manage release, pick-up, and delivery.

Your profile

  • Proven working experience of at least 2 years in in-house sales.
  • University degree or equivalent, preferably in (International) Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Economics and Management, or PV.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking capabilities, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
  • Strong intercultural skills and ability to work well in a team.
