This role involves executing orders, assisting Sales Managers, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-house sales, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is required, along with proficiency in MS Office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing company in a dynamic sector.

Formación

• At least 2 years of experience in In-house sales.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese is essential.

Your mission

• Order execution with all internal processes from PO to payment collection.
• Assist Sales Managers in inquiries related to stock, capacities, and production.
• Follow-up closely on production planning and ensure timely production.
• Coordinate with other departments effectively.
• Issue documents for business with EU customers.
• Monitor warehousing times in China, EU, and manage release, pick-up, and delivery processes.

Your profile

• Proven work experience of at least 2 years in In-house sales.
• University degree or equivalent, preferably in (International) Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Economics, Management, or PV.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong intercultural skills and a team-oriented mindset.
