Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create delivery orders for our customers.
- Provide clear and timely information about Import BL at key ports (Barcelona, Valencia, Algeciras).
- Assist customers via email and phone, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently.
- Coordinate transport services, providing rate options (Truck or TECO + Truck).
- Verify all necessary documentation for transport (BL release & consignee authorization).
- Monitor payments and confirm deliveries.
- Keep customers informed of any delays or issues.
- Send Proof of Delivery (POD).
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English (B1 level or higher).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Valuing efficiency, coordination, and continuous improvement.
